In 2022/2023, ANE in collaboration with Welthungerhilfe(WHH) provide assistance to Pocs in Wejerat and Saharti Woredas of Tigray Region through provision of agricultural tools. Major activities includes Farm tools distribution,Capacity build training for Model farmers and DAs,Sweet potato distribution and Chick pea distribution.

In 2022/2023, ANE in collaboration with Welthungerhilfe(WHH) provide assistance to Pocs in Wejerat and Saharti Woredas of Tigray Region. Major activities includes conducting hygiene promotion cascading at each woredas,conducting hygiene promotion capacity building training,Mobilize community engagement through the establishment of water users and sanitation committees,Construction, rehabilitation and expansion of drinking water points, public latrines and hand washing stations.

In 2022, funded by UNHCR, ANE provide assistance to Pocs in Tigray Region. Major activities include Construction of new communal kitchens,IDP site drainage works,Meeting Hall maintenance,Maintenance of IDP leaders Office,Maintenance of health center,Shelter maintenance,Construction of new waiting area,soil and construction Tools distribution,Dignity kit Distribution,Stationary materials for IDP leader and CCCM activities.

In 2021/2022, funded by UNOCHA, ANE has supported IDPs at Duga-Temben, Adi-Gudom woredas of Tigray region by CCCM activities including provision of capacity building training on site management support(SMS) , conducting capacity building training on GBV and protection issues ,giving awareness on COVID-19 and its prevention methods, construction of communal latrine and so on.

This project aims to improve access to WaSH facilities and services to save and sustain lives of the conflict affected IDPs and host communities in Abyi-Adi town of central zone and Samre town of South Eastern zone of Tigray Region through provision of timely and appropriate WaSH service assistance.The major activities performed include rehabilitation of deep wells and hand pumps, expansion of pipelines, construction/rehabilitation of Gender segregated semi-permanent latrine with hand washing facilities and bathing facilities in IDP collective canter and institutions, provide hygiene promotion trainings and cascading, protection mainstreaming and GBV, and distribution of WaSH NFIs.

In 2021/2022, in collaboration with Care Ethiopia, ANE has supported Conflict affected communities in Western, North Western Eastern and South Eastern zones in Tigray region by Providing safe drinking water by water trucking and/or rehabilitation of non-functioning water schemes, extension of pipe network from the existing scheme, or construction of new water schemes, Provision of hygiene and sanitation facilities by constructing differently types of latrines and deliver essential sanitation and hygiene messages through hygiene promotion and by Providing life-saving essential NFIs, such as water collecting and storage items, household water treatment chemicals, hygiene and dignity kits, etc.
